Our approach to roasting is pretty simple: roast a damn good cup of coffee that we would want to drink and for us that means roasting on the lighter side. We are always sampling coffees from importers that we trust and that pay producers fairly. We don’t carry coffee we aren't completely proud of. We love roasting clean, exciting, and tasty coffees to share with you. <3
