This rotating blend is sourced from overlooked coffees that we roast to make them shine. This approachable blend reminds us of the best damn diner coffee you’ve ever had.
Farmers work extremely hard to get their beans into speciality grade. Some get lucky, others don’t. Although the elements of this blend will change over time, our goals won’t: to find the past crop or slightly under-scored coffees that didn’t get their shot and let them shine!! We’ll never stop carrying the crazy coffees that we do, but we hope this blend will make you look at coffee a little differently.

This coffee is produced by small farmers in the Apaneca region of El Salvador in collaboration with Odyssey Coffee and their Growing Together sustainability program.
